PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. During product launches, holidays, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHODS
We currently ship within the United States using trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and destination of the order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, and delivery location.

LOCAL DELIVERY / PICKUP
Local pickup or delivery is available, details and instructions will be provided through direct communication.

HANDMADE PRODUCT NOTICE
Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, appearance, botanicals, or design may occur. This is part of the unique nature and beauty of handcrafted products.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
Some products, including candles, wax products, and certain botanical items, may be sensitive to heat during warmer months. Grapes and Bees Botanicals is not responsible for melting or heat related damage once a package has been delivered; however, we will always do our best to package items carefully and securely.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, Grapes and Bees Botanicals is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you experience a delivery issue, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Grapes and Bees Botanicals is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
