At Grapes and Bees Botanicals, each product is handcrafted with care, intention, and attention to quality. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our refund policy below before placing your order.
ALL SALES FINAL
At this time, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, opened, or personal care products.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review and resolve the issue, please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Grapes and Bees Botanicals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If a shipping issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information. We will gladly assist where possible.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing has not already begun.
CUSTOM & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Custom, personalized, or made to order items are non refundable and non cancelable once production has started.
ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients prior to use. Grapes and Bees Botanicals is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse of products.
